Alicia Paredez

Alicia Suzanne Paredez, age 25 of Amber, Oklahoma, made her way home July 30th, 2024. Alicia was born on December 6th 1998 in Fort Worth Texas the daughter of Hollie King and John Paredez. She lost her parents at a young age and was fortunate to have her grandmother Corinne who raised her as her own daughter. Alicia was raised in Tuttle where she was a cheerleader from little league through 8th grade. Alicia went on to earn her high school diploma from Epic Charter School with the class of 2019.  

Alicia entered the work force at 17 working in childcare until she found her place working in banking. She was a fast learner and excellent with customers. Alicia's life truly began, when she became a mother to her oldest son Kainan Albert Harris. She loved being outside with him swimming, playing on his swing set and cuddling while watching Spider Man or Paw Patrol. 

She met Zac Brunson and the two had an instant connection. She was captured by his curly hair, bright blue eyes, and that he was a country boy. They were engaged to be married and settled down on Zac's family farm in Amber, OK where she loved farm living. Her family was complete with the birth of her youngest son Stratson Chanse Brunson. Lovingly nicknamed "Strat," he is all boy. Alicia spent her time outside with him as well, but this time it was with horses, tractors, and a variety of farm animals. As much as Alicia loved staying at home with her boys, she found her calling working as a book keeper for Callahans Buildings in Mustang, Oklahoma. 

Alicia was best known for her beautiful smile, bubbly and outgoing personality, and being a strong independent woman. She could fix just about anything as long as there was a YouTube video to teach her. Alicia loved spending time with family and friends, going to country music concerts, and camping at Fort Cobb lake. 

Alicia was loved by many and will be missed by many more.

Alicia is survived by her son Kainan Harris; son Stratson Brunson; grandmother Corinne Schnider; fiance' Zac Brunson; Aunt Mandi Paredez and husband Kevin; Aunt Stephanie Risenhoover and husband Kevin; Uncle Chris Paredez and wife Summer; Uncle Keith Ellis and wife Cassie; Aunt Sara Salcido ; Cousins Stephanie Salomon, Sammy Salomon and wife Kirsten, Angel Salomon, Autumn Salomon, Anthony Taylor, Elic Ellis, Ella Ellis, Noah Paredez, and Ashtyn Paredez; along with many family and friends who loved her dearly. 

Alicia is preceded in death by her father John Paredez; grandfather Doug Schnider; and grandfather David Paredez.
