In Loving Memory of Cooper Grady Gathers.

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved son, Cooper Grady Gathers, who left us peacefully on March 7, 2025, at the tender age of six days. Coopy was born on March 1, 2025. Though his time with us was short, Coopy’s impact on our hearts was immense. His sweet presence filled our lives with love and joy, and he will forever be remembered. His tiny spirit will forever shine brightly in our hearts.

Cooper is survived by his loving parents, Garret and Mikayla Gathers; his big brother, Reid Wade Gathers; his grandparents, Mark and Kim Cooper of Bridge Creek, Oklahoma; Wade and Angela Gathers of Calumet, Oklahoma; his uncles, Mitchell Cooper of Tuttle, Oklahoma, Rhett and Aunt Leighann Gathers of El Reno, Oklahoma; his Aunt Audrey Gathers of Calumet, Oklahoma; his Great-Grandparents, Joyce and Barbara Scott of Fletcher, Oklahoma; Great-Grandma Sherry Lee of El Reno, Oklahoma; Great-Grandparents Robert and Debbie Gathers of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; and Great Grandma Sue Schimmel of Lookeba, Oklahoma. He is also survived by many great aunts and uncles, cousins, and numerous extended family members and friends who will forever hold him in their hearts.

Cooper was preceded in death by his Great-Grandparents, Mickey and Earlene Cooper, Great-Grandpa Roger Schimmel, and Great-Grandpa John "Arkie" Lee.

Cooper’s family will hold him close in their hearts forever. His memory will live on in the love he brought into their lives. Rest in peace, sweet Cooper. You will always be loved, and you will never be forgotten.
