Danny Joseph “DJ” Whygle, 26, of Tuttle, Oklahoma passed away on July 15, 2024 in Chickasha, Oklahoma.

DJ Whygle was born on March 19, 1998, at Southwest Medical Center on a snowy morning. He was the second son of Theresa and Danny Whygle. From a young age, DJ was an active and curious child, always eager to learn and explore. His fascination with taking things apart and figuring out how they worked often led to frustration when it came to putting them back together, but this curiosity became a defining trait that followed him throughout his life.

DJ's passion for building and dismantling continued into adulthood. He was always discovering new projects and vehicles to work on, with his beloved 1999 red GMC truck being his most cherished project. DJ had a knack for keeping everything, whether it was broken or something he intended to fix. His collection of projects and parts was a testament to his dedication and love for tinkering.

For the past three years, DJ worked as a maintenance technician at Johnson’s Rental Commercial LLC. He was a hardworking and reliable employee, earning the respect and affection of his colleagues. DJ's helpful nature, combined with his kind and sensitive personality, made him a cherished friend and coworker.

Though he was sometimes disorganized, DJ's kind heart and generous spirit were evident to all who knew him. He was always ready to lend a hand, and his genuine care for others left a lasting impact on everyone he met. DJ's family, friends, and coworkers will miss him beyond measure, remembering him as a kind-hearted soul who brought light and laughter into their lives.

He is survived by his parents, Theresa and Danny Whygle; his older brother, Michael Iversen; younger brother Josh Whygle and wife Morgan; grandparents, Jackie and Danny Whygle, grandmother, Sandra Collins and a wide circle of extended family and friends who loved him dearly.

He is preceded in death by his Uncle, JJ Whygle; grandfather, Floyd Helm and great grandmother, Betty Falkur.

His memory will live on in the countless lives he touched and the projects he left behind.
