Michael Ray Turner, 71, passed away on February 6, 2022, in Oklahoma City, OK.
Mike was born on June 4, 1950 in El Reno, OK, to Betty and Ray Turner. He was raised on a farm in Tuttle where he attended school. Mike was involved in FFA where he showed hogs. Mike graduated from Tuttle High School in 1968 and went on to Oklahoma State Tech, Okmulgee to study auto mechanics. He opened Turner Automotive April 1, 1973 where he was known for being able to fix anything. In 1996, he retired from Turner Automotive and moved to Kingston, OK where he began servicing boats at Lake Texoma, doing dirt work and was a striper guide.
Mike married Peggy Caves July 16, 1969 and from that union was blessed with two daughters Shelly Deann and Kimberly Michelle.
Michael was best known for his work ethic, ability to fabricate or engineer things, would help anyone and was happiest working with his hands.
Mike married Joyce Hall July 21, 1999 and from that union was blessed with three children Lance, Brandy and Josh.
Michael is preceded in death by his parents Betty and Ray Turner; wife Joyce Turner; brother Donnie Turner; and daughter Shelly Bland.
Michael is survived by his daughters Kimberly Kuhlman and husband Kolby, Brandy VandeLune and husband Bruce; sons Lance Spurlock and Josh Hall; grandchildren Jordan Turner, Jakob Trammel, Jordan Reid, Kamryn Kuhlman, Garrett Spurlock, Ella Spurlock, Kaleb Kuhlman, Lexus Hall, Asher Spurlock and Lainy Hall; great grandchildren Isla and Owen Mesarick; sister Pam Sparks and husband Jerry; brother David Turner and wife Becky along with a host of cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
