John grew up in Upstate New York in a small town called Broadalbin. Graduating High School there in 2001 he knew he always wanted to attend the University of Oklahoma. His father from Holdenville, Oklahoma always brought him down to visit the family in Oklahoma and John developed a passion to be part of the community here.
After Graduating in 2006 from the University of Oklahoma he enrolled at the University of Central Oklahoma in the Mortuary Science program and became a licensed funeral director. This began his career serving and caring for the families of the Norman community.
John and his wife Jennifer live in Norman with their son and daughter. You may see John pushing his children around town while running, attending sporting events at OU or Thunder games, attending various events in the community, and serving his community.
John serves our team as the Care Specialist Executive Director helping to ensure that all our families know that we can have this discussion prior to someone passing.
As an apprentice at Tribute Memorial Care Southwest, Amy channels her upbringing in Rayne, Louisiana, infusing a genuine understanding of community and empathy into her work. She is now residing in Tuttle, Oklahoma, alongside her husband Bijan and children Landon and Elizabeth. Amy's personal connection to family life enhances her ability to provide comfort during challenging times. Her commitment to Tribute Memorial Care Southwest showcases a profound dedication to supporting individuals during their most challenging moments.
Amy has a bachelor’s degree in business management and a minor in Human Resources from Western Governors University. Her academic background equips her with the expertise to navigate the logistical aspects of funeral service, ensuring smooth and compassionate support for families in their moments of need.
Currently immersed in fulfilling licensing requirements in Oklahoma to become a Funeral Director and Embalmer, Amy exemplifies a commitment to professional excellence. Her pursuit of these qualifications underscores her dedication to elevating the standards of care within the funeral industry.
